How's Your Exercise?
How's everyone doing on their exercise routine? I am doing well, on my "The Firm" workout, every other day. But, I am still working on what to do on the days I don't do that. WATP (or walking outside) is good, but I don't have to do the same thing, every other day. I'd like to try something new.
I'm really thinking I could benefit, from yoga. I have NEVER done yoga. Several months ago, I bought a really good yoga video. A girl I work with, used to teach yoga, and she recommended it. I have a yoga mat, too. This video even came with a stretch-band. So, I have no excuses. But, I'm a little apprehensive, because I've never done it. Has anyone ever done yoga? Did you feel it did any good? |

I'm doing well with my weight loss challenge classes. Amazed at how much more I can do now than I could when I first started. Even was jogging in place the other day!! Trying to squeeze 3 days a week -- my days we don't have the class -- in to my exercise routine as well. Probably at the gym on the tread for an hour.
