Weight watchers again

I started my ww up again about 5 weeks ago and have now lost 10lbs. I could have probably lost more if I had only been exercising.. But now that is starting to warm up some outside I will be walking more. I would excerise on my gazelle, but only 3 days a week so I should have been on it everyday!!
What will help is that I HAVE to start cooking healthier for my dh and my boys. We have got to get my dh's cholesterol down. So I took all the processed and high fat foods to church to feed to the kids on sunday night (that sounds bad dont it)lol...
I went to my dr two weeks ago and got my cholesterol checked. Last year my chol. was 153 now its 142...a year ago my LDL's were 102 now its down to 70!!! Guess my bowl of oatmeal every morning helped that, that and I dont eat potato chips anymore, just the baked lays.

I am down to 134 and would like to loose about 8 more lbs. Being EXACTLY 5' tall is no fun sometimes!!

You are such a cool Mom to start your Boys out the right way...they will be able to avoid so many health problems later on in their lives.
Good for you, Christi.
